1. 対象者
お申し込み時点で満18歳以下であり、公式ホームページのお問い合わせフォームから今回初めて相談する個人のお客さまを対象とします。19歳の誕生日を迎える前日まで利用できます。
2. 対象プラン・割引額
MVスタンダードプランの基本料金から3,000円、MVプレミアムプランの基本料金から5,000円を割り引きます。追加オプション、特急料金、追加修正、実績公開不可料金などは対象外です。
3. 受付条件
公式ホームページのお問い合わせフォームから送信された新規相談に限り利用できます。メール、Discord、SNSなど、公式ホームページ以外から始まった相談は対象外です。相談開始後の連絡手段は変更できます。
相談中、見積もり済み、制作中または支払い済みの案件へ、さかのぼって適用することはできません。
4. 新規相談者の定義
過去にNagisa Movie Worksへ相談または制作を依頼したことがある方は、活動名、アカウント、連絡先またはグループ名が現在と異なる場合でも利用できません。
5. 個人グループでの利用
法人格を持たない個人グループ、ユニット、バンド、サークル等も対象です。外部協力者を除く活動メンバー全員が満18歳以下で、かつ全員がNagisa Movie Worksへ初めて相談することを条件とします。
活動メンバーのうち1人でも、過去に個人または別のグループとして相談または制作を依頼したことがある場合は利用できません。代表者1名が申し込み、連絡および支払いを行ってください。
6. 対象となる利用
本人またはグループ自身の創作活動に利用できます。個人チャンネルや個人活動の広告収益など、個人として収益化している活動も対象です。
7. 対象外となる利用
法人・企業名義の依頼、事務所や制作会社などが契約または料金を負担する依頼、企業の商品・サービスを宣伝する案件、第三者から受注した仕事の再委託、割引の譲渡・転売・代理利用は対象外です。
8. 保護者の同意
17歳以下の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで申し込んでください。必要に応じて、制作開始前に同意状況を確認する場合があります。
9. 個人情報の取り扱い
入力された生年月日は、対象年齢および保護者同意の必要性を確認する目的にのみ使用します。本人確認書類の画像提出は求めません。利用する必要がなくなった情報は適切に削除します。
10. 併用・不正利用
ほかの割引やキャンペーンとは原則として併用できません。虚偽申告や不正利用が確認された場合は、割引を取り消して通常料金との差額を請求し、制作または今後の依頼をお断りする場合があります。
11. 内容の変更・終了
Nagisa Movie Worksは、U-18割の内容、対象条件、割引額および提供期間を予告なく変更または終了できるものとします。変更・終了前にお見積もりが確定している依頼には、確定時の条件を適用します。
1. Eligibility
This discount is available to individual customers aged 18 or younger who are making their first inquiry through the official website form. Eligibility continues through the day before the customer’s 19th birthday.
2. Eligible plans
¥3,000 is deducted from the base price of MV Standard and ¥5,000 from MV Premium. Add-ons, rush fees, extra revisions and private-project fees are excluded.
3. Application route
Only new inquiries submitted through the official website form qualify. Inquiries started through email, Discord or social media do not qualify, although the contact method may be changed after the website inquiry is received. The discount cannot be applied retroactively.
4. New inquirer
Anyone who has previously contacted or commissioned Nagisa Movie Works is ineligible, even under a different creator name, account, contact address or group name.
5. Independent groups
Unincorporated groups, units, bands and circles are eligible only when every active member is 18 or younger and is contacting Nagisa Movie Works for the first time. External illustrators, mixing engineers and similar collaborators are not counted as active members. One representative must handle the inquiry, communication and payment.
6. Permitted use
The work must be for the applicant’s or group’s own creative activity. Individually monetized channels and creator activities are permitted.
7. Exclusions
Corporate requests, agency-funded work, company promotions, subcontracted client work, transfers, resale and proxy use are excluded.
8. Guardian consent
Applicants aged 17 or younger must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before applying. Consent may be confirmed before production begins.
9. Personal information
Date of birth is used only to confirm age eligibility and whether guardian consent is required. No identity-document image is requested, and data is deleted when no longer needed.
10. Other discounts and misuse
This discount generally cannot be combined with another offer. False declarations or misuse may result in cancellation of the discount, collection of the price difference, cancellation of production or refusal of future work.
11. Changes and termination
Nagisa Movie Works may change or end the discount, eligibility, amount or availability without prior notice. Quotes confirmed before a change will retain the terms confirmed at quotation.
